One of them is that you get a licence of CPTA after working for 23 years or 15 years in Tax Offices or Regional Tax Bureaus or National Tax Agency. If you have worked for 15 years in the divisions related with income tax, corporate tax, consumption tax and so on, you are exempted to pass subjects related with tax laws such as Income Tax Act, Corporation Tax Act, Inheritance Tax Act, Either the Consumption Tax Act or the Liquor Tax Act, National Tax Collection Act, Either the Local Tax Act relating to prefectural inhabitants tax and municipal inhabitants tax or the Local Tax Act relating to enterprise tax, Local Tax Act relating to fixed assets tax.
